To change file(s) there, go to the TYPO3 backend, click Filelist at the left, and navigate to the directory using the directory tree. After clicking on the directory name, you can upload additional newsletter files and you can remove the example files.

We recommend you to create your own directory structure and leave the demo branch as a demo branch as it is.
